A Content Management System (CMS) is a web based solution that enables clients to have full control over the content of their websites. Administrators can easily add, edit or delete content from anywhere using nothing more than a standard web browser.

We currently use a popular Open Source Content Management System for client sites and, under the terms of the software license, the CMS is free. Our fees are for set-up, customization, training and a unique design template. We do not charge for the CMS software itself. We believe that this approach provides a very professional, easy to use and expandable system for clients whilst minimizing initial outlay and ongoing cost.

The Content Management System has an ever growing list of add-on modules and components that are continually developed by members of the Open Source community. We can set-up any appropriate add-ons on request from clients.

DataState Solutions is now using an on-line billing solution to provide an easy interface to view and pay invoices on-line. Invoices are now emailed as standard and clients can pay via on-line bank transfer, cheque or by secure credit card transaction through PayPal. Invoice and payment history can be viewed at any time.
