To register you need to submit a current pass phrase into the box in the bottom left hand corner of this page. You should have received the pass phrase in a recent email from us but if you have not received one then please get in touch and we will email one to you.

You will need to activate your new account from a link in an automatic welcome email from us before you can login.

DataState Solutions is now using an on-line billing solution to provide an easy interface to view and pay invoices on-line. Invoices are now emailed as standard and clients can pay via on-line bank transfer, cheque or by secure credit card transaction through PayPal. Invoice and payment history can be viewed at any time.
